Diamond Certified

Ok, I have to share a little about this whole Diamond Certified process because I really believe in it.
We contracted American Rating Corporation to do an independent study on our customer service. We gave the company a list 400 of our most recent customers and they called until they interviewed 100 of them. Of those customers 100% of them said they would use our service again. Whoever said "you can't make everyone happy all the time" never worked with the Hauling Pros before.
