Deck Demolition

This was a very simple deck removal. Normally we would have removed it by hand but because the homeowner was re-landscaping we were able to use a Bobcat to expedite the job and save him some money. On jobs like this one our main concern is to separate the deck from the the house without any damage to the window or the stucco. This is best accomplished by pulling the deck straight away from the house with the Bobcat and then demolishing it on the ground. Mission accomplished and the customer was thrilled at how fast and efficient the job was done.
Best of all we were able to recycle 100% of the materials. 1.3 tons of wood and 1,700 pounds of concrete.
